I agree with the posts above. Silence should start at the end of spring and the CPC needs to heavily punish chapters with rush infractions. I don't think fines make any difference because they just pay and move on to do the same type of oral bidding at fish camp and verbal bids during recruitment. If each house would focus on strengths of the system, it would be a better system for all the girls. I'm not sure adding a chapter will solve the problem of girls dropping out of rush because they are left with one chapter. Join the chapter that wants you and work to improve the overall Greek system at A&M by attending other sororities events and building friendships outside of the house you join.
