FIJI, although a top tier, is not number one. Like comment #3 said, they consist mostly of guys who come from the affluent areas of Dallas and Houston. Beta has been steadily declining. Some stage five clingers. Watch out! KA is a great fraternity even though they run train on their pledges. If you make it out alive, you're in a top tier fraternity. Really though. Sigma Chi? That's a joke. SAE, do they have their charter back? I'd consider them top tier if they're actually still on campus. Delt, good guys, top tier.
