that A&M does a good job in TELLING ALL PNM's to get letters of recommendations. It's a lot of work and usually moms are the ones who do it. I'm surprised this mother didn't know that. It has nothing to do with "humble beginnings," because Panhellenic makes it clear. It's hurtful to send your daughter through rush with no recs. Sad.
