If she would have stayed on Friday and attended parties on Pref, she would have ended up with a house. That's how the system works. It might have not been her first choice but it's better to be greek than none at all. Especially with her being a soph, you have to keep an even bigger open mind. Now she's new to A&M and has no house, no new friends and no place to call home. Even if she didn't like the houses she would have been at on Pref on the first day, every house offers sisterhood and the ability to make new friends. You cannot deny that about anyone on the row. She might have only met 1 or two people in a whole house, how would she know for sure it's not for her? She shot herself in the foot IMO, and the only option now is to call greek life office and hope someone is doing cob.
