#15 She said SOME houses have to get permission from their Nationals to cut she did not say ALL houses have to. You are an idiot and do not know what you are talking about. I know for a fact that we have to contact Nationals before recruitment even starts to get permission to cut since we have so many legacies coming through. I will be honest and tell you they did not let us cut as many as they did last year. Also we had to cut them on day one or we could not cut them at all. Maybe your chapter does not have those rules but ours does.
