You are completely WRONG!! Each house has their own rules about legacies. Most houses allow for dropping legacies, some require it after the first round, others after the first invitational, some just offer awards for pledging legacies, some allow for legacies that get to pref to still be put way down the sororities lists. You do not know what you are talking about, so just STOP!
