Okay I’m gonna explain it real quick so y’all can chill So basically every pnm is given a pre rank or starting score by each sorority the score is based on your gpa, involvement philanthropy, legacy status etc. then after a day of recruitment each sorority member you talked to ranks or votes some how based on your conversation and then a computer program usually ranks the girls from 1-1,000 or whatever and then the top x amount of girls are invited back to the next round
