I'll be a freshman at A&M this fall, and I am VERY excited to be going through recruitment! I am unclear on one thing though; at A&M specifically, if at all stages of recruitment you maximize your opportunities by for example not suiciding when you rank, are you guaranteed a bid by the end of rush? I've heard varying answers to this question. I've heard about how extremely competitive recruitment at A&M is, and I'm very anxious-I want SO much to be a part of a sorority!
