it’s different for every house; they each have different processes of how they rank pnms. it can also depend on the year. for example, if one year a lot of girls with typically high grades graduate from my chapter, the next recruitment we are looking for girls that we think will make high grades to keep our chapter gpa up. hope that helps. really just be yourself and you will find your home :)
