to the person above: yes letter of rec is the most important and is typically written by an official Panhellenic council in your area whereas a letter of support would be from say a friend that you have in a certain chapter at another school. I'm honestly not sure what RIF is so I can't give you proper advice about that, but for my chapter, letter of rec is required and letter of support won't make up for it.
