No such thing as a "core four" just some stupid thing the lower tier sororities at Ut came up with because they hate that they aren't in the "big six." Several sororities in your "strongest groups" comment aren't strong nationally at all in comparison to others. Gamma Phi closed a few chapters in Texas many years ago but has been extremely successful in expansion efforts here in in the past decade. Someone above said that people in the south and Texas would be shocked about how strong Gamma Phi and Alpha Phi are outside of the south, and I would strongly second that, huge schools where people wouldn't even know who groups like DDD, ZTA or ADPi are.
