On average, 80-100 pnms are completely released (cut) from rush. It doesn't mean that every single chapter cut them, but that many will end up with no invitations to the next round at some point during the week. A lot of times it's a pnm who is invited back almost everywhere for Philanthropy (thus, allowing her to decline invitations to less competitive chapters) and then either the morning of Sisterhood or Pref, she is released by the competitive chapters which leaves her with no invitations.
