There aren't really any concrete "victims." Unless the pledges want to sue for having been "hazed" (Hazing during pledgeship. Wow! Can you imagine that?) The guy that passed away was an entirely different situation. Awful as it is, it didnt really have anything to do with Sig Ep. I also heard it was an allergic reaction of some type. It just happened to be that he lived at the house so it got blown up as some sort of "fraternity incident" until the investigation was finished. Which is terrible for the family and everyone who cared about him so I really wish people would stop bringing it up
