There have been several bad years of pc's for XO and Theta and that is why they are slipping. They are both solid middle tier houses now. There is nothing wrong with that. DG is moving up and I think they and PiPHi are equal not so that is why they should be in top tier. Actual rankings because of several years of pc's especially due to PC'11 and '12 Top Tier: no order Tri Delt/ Kappa/PiPhi/ DG Middle tier: no order Zeta/ AXO/XO/DZ/Theta bottom tier GPhi/KD/ADPi
