I think y'all are thinking too much about numbers and not quality. You can have a "huge" pledge class with lots of iffy guys. I'm sure sure some chapters could have had a bigger number but kids were cut. To me, it seems like SAE just wanted numbers. They got some good guys but also gave bids to kids that were cut from other chapters.
