@Questioning, if you only wish to join if they own a house or equivalent -- then ask them now during their interviews for new members what specific housing and meeting plans are in place for 2017 and beyond. @Hmmmm, just because someone posts there are no public plans for a house does not mean there are not plans for a house. Publicizing can hurt real estate negotiations if property sellers know a sorority wants a certain piece of land. There are other reasons too. Don't spread false information.
