Just about every sorority here got a new house almost immediately upon colonizing at A&M. The sororities that colonize at other SEC schools show their house plans because they know that they need to to be competitive. Usually nationals and alums donate money for a new house. But I honestly don't know any AOPi alums in Texas. I pitied all my SEC friends who had to run around getting rec letters for them. Joining AOPi is going to be like joining Maggies or some other spirit group. Honestly, AOPi should probably try to absorb Maggies or something if they want any hope of retaining quality members.
