If anyone thinks that adding another sorority chapter will dramatically decrease PC size, they're wrong. At most, it'll only reduce the size by 10 each, which isn't that much in the long run. The only way it would help would be if PC17 would be smaller than PC 13 which they would be replacing. And I don't really see that happening.
