How bad is it gonna hurt me if I only have rec letters for half of the houses? I'm a transfer student (from a four year college) with a stellar GPA. I work in customer service so I'm pretty good at keeping up conversations with strangers. I know some houses will cut me for not having a rec letter but will it hurt me substantially?
