Tri Delt will continue to be the most desired sorority by PNMs this upcoming year, but I'd say that Kappa is with them at the top because although Kappa doesn't appeal to everyone, lots do like them, and they always get the girls they want. In years past, I'd say that Zeta would join them, but I think some of Zeta's top girls are getting stolen by DG, so I think DG will rise and Zeta will fall a little bit and they'll end up equalizing in a mini-tier below Tri Delta and Kappa. I don't really see XO rising in the coming years until they can take some desired PNMs from Tri Delta and/or Kappa, but I really don't see that happening anytime soon. If anything, I think they might start competing with Pi Phi for PNMs. XO has a kind of snobby and unlikable reputation and Pi Phi is known as the nice girls. They both go for the academic, sort of safe and "boring" but not anti-social wealthier girls. I could actually see Pi Phi going either up or down. They could either steal some PNMs that XO wants, or they could get some of the PNMs they want stolen by Theta. If Theta starts picking up PNMs that XO or Pi phi want then they'll rise out of the socially awkward image they have going on. AXO I see as staying pretty flat. They've always been the place for girls from suburbs and smaller towns who are good PNMs but don't want to deal with the competitive nature of Zeta/DG and aren't super academic like XO/Pi Phi/Theta. I don't see them stealing or losing any PNMs in the coming years.
