everyone knows the CPC chapter of the year award is a joke and just passed around every year so the Panhellenic council can make itself look good. I can't believe anyone actually takes that award seriously 😂😂 how could a chapter with the worst retention rate and lowest GPA on the row win anything meaningful. Just an opinion
