The difference is if your drop dead gorgeous but have little else going for you, zeta/axo/DG and all the lower teir houses will still fight soooo hard for you, but ddd/kkg/theta and maybe even chio and pi phi will cut you first day. This is honesty the best way to describe the houses and anyone that says this isn't true is simply lying to themselves. Especially with zeta and dg, the only requirement you need is to be pretty. You can have no connections at all and still make it to pref round.
