If they're both 5Ks, why is Theta's much more heavily attended than Kappa's? Kappa's has paint and stuff so I can see why that would be fun and popular, but if Rock the Casa is just a plain 5k, why is it so popular? I'm a PNM so I'm just trying to understand. Thanks!
