All of our sororities are "nice." If you enter rush with the attitude that you're too good for half the houses, it's not going to end well for you. My advice for a sophomore going through rush: 1.Get REALLY good grades your freshman year. 3.5 or higher if you're coming from a community college. 2. Get recs for ALL houses at A&M 3. Maintain relationships with any girls you know who are in chapters at A&M, as well as any who pledge this fall. 4. Get involved at your freshman year school. Volunteer, join a leadership development club, etc. Your freshman resume will be more important than what you did in high school as sophomore. 5. Go to T-Camp next summer.
