Phi Delt is almost sorta irrelevant here. Like they've been around as long as the higher ranked fraternities but you wouldn't be able to guess it. They're a small chapter and you don't really ever hear anything about them. Most of the guys who join either didn't really know what was going on during rush or already had a personal connection but they still have cool guys and I think a strong brotherhood. I'm not a girl but if I had to give an honest ranking,I'd say Phi Delt is lower tier. They just don't really compete with the higher tiers. In Texas, Phi Delt is only top at Tech.
