I disagree with sororities. Yes - Chi O has good retention during rush, but not any better than Zeta or Kappa. Plus, after rush, every girl who goes Chi-o drops off the face of the planet. Their philanthropy raises a lot of money, but other than that, it has been going downhill. Songfest was not organized well at all this year, and many many people were upset. Chi-O is only top in grades because their new members are not included in their grade report. their new members aren't initiated until the spring, and by that time, freshman grades have improved. They would not be top 3 in grades if freshman scores were counted. DDD is top yes, but not any more than KKG or ZTA again. Gameday and DeltaDiner (not even sure??) are not more attended than other events... Retention rate is the same as other top sororities.
