It seems kind of obvious which fraternities are top and which follow suit in the mid tier, but there doesn't seem to be much information about the lower tiers and no one seems to talk about them much. What's the difference between chapters like PiKapp, ATO, DKE, Phi Delt, AGR, Delta Sig, Sammy, Chi Phi, etc? What are they known for? Which ones are better? Who do they mix with?
