1. I don't think you understand "zip coding." Zip coding is when chapters cut girls who don't live in nice neighborhoods, not girls who do. 2. No, A&M doesn't "zip code" but by the nature of sororities being connection-heavy, you tend to see girls from the same schools pledge the same houses. However, our chapters are large and so there are girls from all over in most every house.
