They've always been the most beautiful house and the one most popular with guys (even non-Greeks know about them). So in that regard they have never changed for the past at least 6 years. My brother graduated in 2012 and even when he was a freshman they were the hot girls. People like the stereotype them as dumb, but I had a roommate my freshman year who was a Zeta and she's a mechanical engineering major now and they did well on the latest grade report. We were raised differently so we didn't always see eye to eye, but she was always really nice and respectful to the rest of the roommates.
