Everything "perspective" said is true, but here's the thing I've noticed: everyone at A&M would agree DZ is on the same level as KD and GPB. Some people would put them lower with ADPi. None of those are "top tier" sororities but none of them are bad. They certainly don't get bagged on the way DZ does. Why? Imo it's because a of what the person above said and also the fact that I feel like DZ has a very certain attitude. KD GPB and ADPi all know they're not top tier and don't really seem to care. They enjoy their time, get involved, and focus on their sisterhood regardless. DZ on the other hand seems extremely bitter about their place. They all want to act like they're better than they are and are constantly putting down other sororities and even the fraternities they mix with. Every DZ I've met has had some sort of inferiority complex, and it really damages their sisterhood too. I know a lot of girls (mainly the pretty ones who got cut from everywhere else) who always say they "should have" gotten in somewhere else but didn't for some BS excuse and who down their own sisters acting like they're too good for them. These are also the same girls who tend to groupie up with frats purely in an effort to up their status and who tend to act a little crazy. It's unfortunate too, because they're a minority and honestly because of their attitudes most of them don't even hang out with other DZs they end up living with and hanging with girls in the sororities they wish they were in
