I'd say that Theta has improved the most out of all of the sororities since I was a freshman (now a senior). My fraternity and many others wouldn't even consider having an exchange with them 4 years ago but they were our funnest exchange last year. A lot of guys in my frat love thetas and no longer associate them with the old stereotypes. Sure there will be people who refuse to accept the fact that theta now has quality girls, but I'd say overall most people down the row (both guys and girls) are noticing that theta is getting better. PHC has finally moved on from the scandal that happened with theta a few years back and they're now allowed to cut girls during recruitment. Theta definitely used this to their advantage Maybe they will be bottom tier for a while longer, but they are no longer sorority we refuse to associate with.
