I know I don't have my figures 100% correct but I think they are close: 2006 quota around 60 2007 quota around 64 2008 quota around 76 2009 quota around 72 if a group maintains their new members, offers them something beyond a social life, the new members make their grade, the members see that their involvement is more than four years, then a "good top tier" group should maintain at least 75% of their new members over four years, so....what groups had 75% membership retention over the past four years based on the Spring 2010 numbers? Those are your top tier groups because they offer something that their members want and their members are willing to stick around for....sorority membership is for a lifetime, not just four years.
