The NPHC chapters have what is called "intake" where a PNM has to contact the chapter they wish to be a part of and actually hang out with them for a semester's time before the chapter votes on whether or not they think the PNM would be a good fit. All in all, I'm not saying we do things perfect, but Jesus Christ, get over yourself and realize that sorority recruitment is a terribly run system.
