I'd be curious to know what quota was and who made quota or if anyone didn't. If a house is considerably under quota, it's an indicator that the house is not well liked by pnms. If a house has a new member class considerably higher than quota, it can be an indicator that retention in the house is not great as they can accept over quota to get their house total up. It also can indicate that in years past the house has had small pledge classes bc it wasn't well received during rush.
