Call ADPi a powerhouse -- their good chapters in the SEC are really good, but their bad chapters are really bad. AOPi is more consistent IMO. They're in the top tier only at UGA and Tennessee, but they're upper middle/solid middle everywhere in the SEC except Kentucky and Ole Miss (and the chapter there would probably be middle at another school).
