But it's not imaginary... true ranks are based off of recruitment data. Certain houses get to cut more girls and be more selective based off of how many PNM's want to go back to their house. At the end of rush, there is an official rank list of houses that rushed the best to houses that rushed the weakest... I agree that everyone should go where they feel most comfortable, but ranks are real...
