I'm coming to LSU this fall as a freshman, and I am trying to decide if I want to rush. I am out of state and have no connections to any sororities. Since the odds are I'm probably not going to get my top sorority, I'm wondering if going through rush is even worth it. How exclusive is greek life? will it be weird if I am not in one? will I miss out on parties or is greek life not that prominent?
