I’d say they take whatever is left over after the third round of cuts at rush. The girls I know that are alpha phi’s were cut by most chapters because of reputation and grade risks. There are “only fans” girls, girls who posted seductive pictures, mean as heck girls, trouble makers. So I guess that’s some people’s definition of diverse.
