I was an out of state student that rushed. I had a 4.0 unweighted going in, 28 ACT and I also had a full resume (dance team, president of a club, many other clubs, NHS). I had really good recs too but got cut from KD and Chi O first round. Everything else worked out perfectly for me I ended up choosing to pref with APhi and Phi Mu. I went Phi Mu and I love it!!
