not trying to down a phi or anything but i want to let pnms know the facts. a phi rushes hard, like really hard. but i have so many friends that went a phi and hate it now. their sisterhood is terrible and quite a few of them cant behave themselves. theyre a lower tier sorority. amazing house and great rush but theyre just not good. they take pretty girls with bad reputations.
