sorority ranks work really weird. You can't say KD or Chi O are better than each other. It's too hard to pick between them so they both occupy the number 1 spot. They're different but their attractiveness, popularity, academics, campus involvement, philanthropy , and sisterhood balances them out to put them on the same level. There's no specific number one, it's both of them. The same goes with DZ and Phi mu. They equal out to be the same rank even though they are very different.
