Delta Chi should be higher, they really stepped up their game this year. no way Pi Phi is lower than APhi, theyre just as good if not better than kappa. and everyone needs to accept that theta has been doing a lot better with their pledge classes and arent necessarily the lowest of the low anymore, especially with how popular their events are
