It's possible. First, TCU Panhellenic would have to decide that we are ready for a new sorority. This means all chapters are consistently making quota (including Phi Mu) and NM classes continue to be large. When that decision is made all sororities not on campus are notified that we are open for expansion. Any sorority not here can submit a packet indicating their interest in being at TCU. Once all packets are received Panhellenic picks 2-4 to come present on campus. After the presentations 1 is chosen to colonize. This may be a closed house or it may be one completely new to TCU. Panhellenic and the current chapters get to decide. Sometimes, like in the case of AOII and Phi Mu, 2 groups are selected with dates that are stacked 2-3 years apart. That whole process can take up to 2 years. Kappa Delta did not submit an interest packet the last time we were open.
