Honestly, I was in the exact same position just 2 years ago. I considered dropping but since I was initiated I decided to give it a little more time. Once I went through work week and recruitment with my chapter the next year, I felt completely different. I now feel so at home in my house and hold an important exec position. My honest advice since you're already initiated is to please give it a little more time, don't make any rash decisions quite yet. If after a complete year you still don't like it, then consider making a change. Also, reach out to some of your pledge sisters you might not know well. My best friends now are girls I barely spoke to freshmen year. Good luck with everything and I hope it works out
