Once initiated, you are a member of that house for life. When you say that you aren't getting anything out of it, my question is what are you putting into it? In the grand scheme of things, sorority life teaches you how to cultivate friendships, function on a team, serve, and how to balance challenges. If the girls are mean to you, that's one thing. But you just stated you liked some of them. So obviously, that's not the case. If your issue is about a change you feel needs to happen, then join a committee or run for an office to make the change. Otherwise you can just quit and all that will teach you is to go through life quitting every time you face something you don't like. Good luck holding down a job with that mindset!
