If you have not been initiated then you may drop and still have the option of rushing next Fall. Some chapters may see you as a quitter, and that will hurt your chances significantly. However, others have dropped and then had a successful recruitment the following year. If you have been initiated, and your parents are willing to pay for it, you might as well stick it out a little longer. You can't ever join another NPC sorority again, so you might as well give yours a little more time. I found that I really bonded with my chapter during my first recruitment on the other side. Up until then I was sort of looking for my place. Sometimes it takes it until Recruitment to really feel that bond. I am so glad that I stayed. You give up so much when you quit. It's too early for that. Give it some more time. Yes, our chapters do have personalities, but within every single chapter there is every type of girl. Give it some more time to meet others that are like you.
