The truth is ADPi is improving but if you compare the quality of their newest pledge class to that of the other "bottom" houses they are still substantially lower. They may have a couple of cute girls but I know GPhi, AXO, and SK all had great recruitments and each have several pretty girls. The bottom houses are all improving while certain top or middle tier houses are declining (DG, Pi Phi, Kappa). Based on this years pledge classes this is how I would rate them: Tri Delt, Zeta, Theta Chi O, Pi Phi, Kappa GPhi, SK, AXO DG, ADPi
