I have to start by admitting that this not a house I personally like but here is a honest observation. Tri Delt has a long history at TCU and had been the most desirable house for decades. They appreciate this proud past and that they are known as a "Texas" girl house. Unfortunately, that is about all that can be truthfully said about DDD. They are uninvolved, unfriendly, unsocial and undesirable with one but exception: a contingent of Highland Park and Houston girls want this group above anything else.
