Phi Delt is only southern. Sorry, but that's the truth. If you aren't from Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia, it's unlikely you'll get a bid there. Pi Kapp isn't a great house and therefore isn't very selective. Pretty easy to get a bid. You will only get a Lambda bid if you played sports in high school. In addition, it will be tough for you because if fraternities take sophomores at most the pledge classes will have two or three. Good luck and hope this helps.
