Since you've already rushed, a transfer student, and are at least a sophomore your chances of getting into good fraternity go down quite a bit. If i was you, i would definitely not tell the fraternities you are rushing that you have already rushed at a different school and dropped right before initiation... that's a huge "no-no". I've never met a single guy from stl at TCU either Phi Delt is one of the more selective fraternities so I would give you a low chance of getting into them. Lambda definitely is not considered a selective fraternity, if you go to one or two of their rush parties this summer you should be completely fine. Pi kap looks for nerdy, camp counselor type, and generally more feminine rushees. if you meet any of those then you should have o problem at all. Like lambda they aren't at all considered a selective fraternity, should be fine.
